In addition to the initial installation of our hardwood floor, Erick helped us overcome the difficulty of a slab leak which occurred several months later. Right before Thanksgiving, we discovered a slab leak in our kitchen. Erick immediately came out to assess the situation and had his crew pull up the hardwood in the kitchen so that the plumber could fix the slab leak on the Monday after Thanksgiving. Erick re-installed the hardwood floor at his cost due to the fact our insurance didn’t cover a slab leak - Thank you Erick!
